CALGARY, AB, Oct. 7, 2025 /CNW/ - Spartan Delta Corp. ("Spartan" or the "Company") (TSX: SDE) is pleased to announce an increase in total credit capacity to $450.0 million.
Spartan has received confirmation with respect to an increase in available capacity in its revolving credit facility from $250.0 million to $450.0 million. The increase in credit enhances the Company's liquidity and ensures it is well-capitalized to continue executing on its growth strategy in the West Shale Basin Duvernay (the "Duvernay"). Spartan extends its gratitude to its lending syndicate comprised of National Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Bank of Montreal, Toronto-Dominion Bank, and ATB Financial for their continued support.
