National Bank Investments Announces a Revision of the 2025 Annual Reinvested Distribution Amount for the Evovest Global Equity ETF

MONTREAL, Jan. 5, 2026 /CNW/ - National Bank Investments Inc. ("NBI" or the "Investment Fund Manager") announced today a revision of the annual reinvested capital gains and/or net income distribution amount (the ‟reinvested distribution") to be paid for 2025 to unitholders of the Evovest Global Equity ETF (the ‟EVO ETF"). Please be advised that the reinvested distributions announced in this press release replace those stated in the December 18, 2025, press release, unless otherwise noted. The ex-dividend, record, and payable dates for the reinvested distributions remain unchanged.

NBI is the Investment Fund Manager of the EVO ETF and Evovest Inc. ("Evovest") acts as Portfolio Manager.
