(NYSE: EGP) (the "Company" or "EastGroup") announced today that it will hold its Fourth Quarter 2025 Earnings Conference Call and Webcast on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. On the call, senior management will discuss the Company's fourth quarter results, current operations, and earnings outlook for 2026. 

EastGroup plans to release financial results for the quarter after the market closes on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The earnings release and supplemental information package will be posted on the Company's website, www.eastgroup.net, at that time.
