TERRAVEST ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF JET PEINTURE

TORONTO, June 1, 2026 /CNW/ - TerraVest Industries Inc. (TSX:TVK) ("TerraVest") is pleased to announce that it has, through one of its subsidiaries, acquired the Jet Peinture Plus Inc. ("Jet Peinture").

Based in Québec Canada, Jet Peinture specialized in propane tank refurbishment and tank recertification. 

The acquisition was funded utilizing cash on hand and TerraVest's existing credit facilities.
