TORONTO, Aug. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- EQB Inc. ("EQB") (TSX: EQB) has released an abridged Supplementary Financial Information Package.  

Third quarter 2026 results, scheduled for release after market close on August 26, 2026, will be the first to reflect the acquisition of President's Choice Bank, PC^® Financial Insurance Agency Inc., PC^® Financial Insurance Broker Inc. and certain affiliated entities of President's Choice Bank (collectively, "PC Financial"), which closed on July 1, 2026.

EQB is providing this pre-release to illustrate classification and presentation changes resulting from the acquisition of PC Financial. Changes do not impact Consolidated results.
