SEATTLE, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Seabourn has unveiled its 2029 Summer Ocean Voyages, featuring 166 sailings to more than 180+ unique destinations across the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Alaska, Canada and New England. Highlights include Seabourn's return to Egypt for the first time in more than five years, a new seven-day itinerary exploring Sweden and Finland's Gulf of Bothnia, maiden calls in Northern Europe, and extended and overnight stays that give guests more time to experience destinations ashore.
Sailing aboard Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Quest and Seabourn Encore, the 2029 collection combines iconic destinations with smaller ports and less-traveled regions that Seabourn's intimate ships can access. The itineraries are designed to give guests more opportunities to explore beyond the marquee ports, with a mix of longer stays, overnights and destination-focused experiences throughout the season. "Our 2029 Ocean Voyages collection offers guests more ways to spend meaningful time in the destinations they visit, whether that means an overnight at the gateway to the pyramids of Egypt, exploring new ports in Northern Europe or experiencing Alaska with our Expedition Team," said Crystal Morgan, senior director, deployment and itinerary planning of Seabourn. "It also reflects what Seabourn does particularly well: combining access to smaller ports and less-traveled places with the personalized service and onboard experience our guests expect." Return to Egypt Headlines Mediterranean Season In addition, the season will include visits to boutique ports and hidden harbors that are often inaccessible to larger vessels, including a maiden call at Kapsali on the Greek island of Kythira. The season will feature Seabourn's signature complimentary "Evening at Ephesus," an exclusive private event that brings guests into the ancient city after hours for a classical music performance among its illuminated ruins. In select Mediterranean ports, guests can join Seabourn chefs ashore for Shopping with the Chef, visiting local markets and specialty food shops to discover regional ingredients and culinary traditions. New Gulf of Bothnia Itinerary Expands Northern Europe Exploration The season also introduces maiden calls at Alta, and Frøya, while extended and overnight stays in Bordeaux, Rouen, Helsinki, Tallinn, Edinburgh, and Hamburg give guests more time to explore ashore. Guests can also visit Turku, Finland, during its landmark 900th anniversary year in 2029. Founded in 1229, Turku is Finland's oldest city and offers a rich blend of Nordic history, culture, and architecture, making it a particularly timely and memorable port of call. Many voyages can be combined to create journeys of 14, 21, 28 or more days, allowing travelers to experience multiple regions in a single seamless voyage. Alaska Adventures Return Aboard Seabourn Encore Every Alaska voyage includes glacier viewing, while Seabourn's Expedition Team provides expert interpretation of the region's wildlife, landscapes, and cultural heritage. Guests seeking a more active adventure can participate in optional Ventures by Seabourn experiences, including Zodiac cruises and kayak excursions that bring them closer to Alaska's extraordinary natural environment. Ventures by Seabourn excursions are guided by the ship's world-class Expedition Team. Select itineraries will also feature scenic cruising along the coastline of British Columbia's Great Bear Rainforest, offering opportunities to view whales, orcas, and other wildlife in one of North America's most pristine coastal ecosystems. Canada and New England Celebrate Coastal Culture and Natural Beauty Seabourn Quest's Canada and New England season will feature 12- and 13-day voyages between September and October, showcasing the region's rich maritime traditions, French Canadian heritage, charming coastal communities, and beautiful autumn landscapes. Guests will enjoy overnight stays in Boston, Quebec City, and St. John's, along with visits to boutique ports including Gaspé, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and Prince Edward Island. Shore experiences throughout the region highlight local culture, cuisine, history, and natural beauty, providing a deeper understanding of the destinations visited.
