STOCKHOLM, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sobi® today announced that seven abstracts on Aspaveli/Empaveli (pegcetacoplan) have been accepted for presentation at the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Kidney Week 2026, taking place from 21–25 October in Denver, Colorado, USA. The programme includes two oral and five poster presentations covering longer-term clinical outcomes, renal safety and treatment experience, alongside the phase IV PRISM-C3 study, reflecting Sobi's commitment to generating real-world evidence. The two oral presentations will report 76-week outcomes with Aspaveli/Empaveli in C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) and primary immune-complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN), demonstrating maintenance of proteinuria reduction and eGFR stabilisation. These include a paediatric subgroup analysis from VALIANT and its VALE extension. "Longer-term follow-up is important to deepen our understanding of treatment outcomes for people living with C3G and primary IC-MPGN," said Lydia Abad-Franch, MD, Head of R&D and Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at Sobi. "The 76-week analyses, including findings in adolescent patients, continue to build the evidence base for Aspaveli/Empaveli. Alongside research into renal safety, treatment experience and use in kidney transplant recipients, the presentations at ASN reflect our commitment to addressing the needs of people living with these rare kidney diseases."
All times are local to Denver. Oral presentation times refer to the full sessions.
