Transition unifies Ontario property management operations under a national brand and highlights Tribe's expanded service capabilities. TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2026 /CNW/ -- Tribe Property Technologies Inc. (TSXV: TRBE) (OTCQB: TRPTF) ("Tribe" or the "Company") has transitioned the previously acquired DMS Group (DMS) to the Tribe Management brand, effective October 1, 2026. The transition brings the Company's Ontario property management business under a unified brand, strengthening its presence across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
The move reflects the continued evolution of Tribe Management into a national property management brand with services spanning condominium, rental, affordable housing, student housing and commercial property management solutions as well as capital project management and developer services. It follows Tribe's acquisition of DMS in 2024 and builds on the Company's broader efforts to bring its property management businesses together under one recognizable identity. Clients will begin seeing the Tribe Management name across communications, websites, signage, and other client-facing materials. Day-to-day operations and service remain unchanged, with existing teams, local expertise, service contacts and client relationships continuing in place. "As we continue to grow our presence across Canada, it is important that clients, partners and prospective customers understand the breadth of our capabilities," said Joseph Nakhla, Chief Executive Officer of Tribe. "Bringing the DMS business under the Tribe Management brand gives us a clearer way to communicate the scale and scope of our property management platform as we pursue further growth." "Our Ontario operations have continued to evolve as part of the broader Tribe organization, with new leadership and expanded capabilities," added Jerome Samuels, recently announced Chief Operating Officer at Tribe. "This transition is a natural next step, bringing the business under a national identity while preserving the local knowledge, relationships and responsiveness our clients value. The Tribe Management brand now represents nearly 50,000 homes across Canada and a growing range of property management capabilities." Together with the recent transition of Toronto-based Meritus Group to the Tribe Management brand, following its acquisition in 2023, the DMS transition advances Tribe's strategy to strengthen its national market presence and support growth across Canada's residential and mixed-use real estate markets.
