Culinary concept will unite Four Sixes Ranch's Western traditions with MGM's world-class hospitality

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Marking a monumental new chapter for its culinary portfolio, MGM Grand is partnering with the legendary Four Sixes Ranch and visionary writer, director, and producer Taylor Sheridan to debut the renowned steakhouse in early 2027. Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will bring the uncompromising excellence, rugged spirit, and peerless heritage of one of America's most celebrated ranches directly to the Las Vegas resort.

The legendary 260,000-acre Four Sixes Ranch is far more than a historic property—it is a living symbol of the American West, celebrated for its cattle, world-class horses, and stewardship of the land. Sheridan, an owner of the ranch, has brought that world to audiences around the globe through hit shows such as "Yellowstone," "1883," "Landman," and "1923." The steakhouse brings together his passion for the ranch, his commitment to the legacy, and his distinctive approach to storytelling in a new expression of Western hospitality.

The culinary program will reflect the approach of an elite boutique steakhouse, combining time-honored ranch recipes with prime-grade beef, signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch and bold flavors rooted in authentic Texas cuisine. An adventurous beverage program will complement the menu with specialty craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and rare spirits.

Beyond the menu, guests will enter an immersive environment featuring digital walls showcasing custom footage from Sheridan, bringing the landscapes and spirit of the American West. The dining room will be designed by Charisse Cardenas, production designer for movies including Landman, Lioness, Madison and American Sniper. Plans also call for special events, adding another dimension to the restaurant's entertainment-driven experience.

After a celebrated two-year run on The Strip, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will debut a fresh menu and reimagined setting in its new home in the former Crush American Grill space at MGM Grand.
