New Texas 3D printing facility will expand Callaway's advanced manufacturing and R&D capabilities, enabling breakthrough designs and performance previously beyond the limits of conventional manufacturing. CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Callaway Golf Company (the "Company", "we," "our," "us") (NYSE: CALY) today announced a $15 million investment in a new advanced 3D printing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, a major step in the Company's pursuit of a new era of golf club innovation and performance. The investment reflects a fundamental belief at Callaway: the next great breakthroughs in golf equipment will require more than further optimizing existing manufacturing techniques. They will require entirely new ways of making products. "At Callaway, we believe the greatest performance breakthroughs come from challenging the status quo," said Chip Brewer, President and CEO of Callaway Golf Company. " We believe 3D printing represents one of the most significant opportunities to advance golf club performance in decades, and we're investing to lead that future." The new facility will expand Callaway's advanced titanium R&D and manufacturing capabilities, giving its engineers greater freedom to develop complex designs and structures that cannot be achieved through conventional manufacturing methods. These new capabilities are expected to unlock opportunities for meaningful improvements in golf club performance while accelerating the development of future innovations. The investment builds on approximately seven years of research and development in additive manufacturing. Since late 2022, Callaway has produced prototypes and custom models internally, developing specialized expertise in titanium 3D printing. The new Fort Worth facility will take that commitment further, establishing dedicated U.S. production capabilities to both develop and bring advanced designs from concept to reality. Located adjacent to Callaway's North America Distribution Center, the facility is expected to become operational in mid-2027 and begin supporting a portion of the Company's U.S. product needs in 2028, initially focusing on custom titanium products. We believe the ability to make what others cannot can deliver a defining competitive advantage. "Nobody can create the next generation of performance by relying exclusively on yesterday's methods," Brewer added. "We're building capabilities that give our engineers the freedom to pursue ideas that simply weren't possible before. This isn't just an investment in manufacturing. It's an investment in the breakthroughs that will define the future of our products and our brand." The Texas investment also extends Callaway's longstanding commitment to advanced manufacturing in the United States. Over the past several years, the Company has invested more than $100 million in its golf ball manufacturing operations in Chicopee, Massachusetts, creating what Callaway believes is the most advanced golf ball manufacturing facility in the world. Together, these investments represent a long-term commitment to developing proprietary technologies, expanding American manufacturing expertise, and creating golf equipment that delivers meaningful performance advantages for golfers. For Callaway, the ambition is clear: to turn the world's most advanced engineering, technology, and manufacturing capabilities into extraordinary products that golfers can see, feel, and experience. The future of golf performance belongs to those who never stop pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Forward-Looking Statements. About Callaway Golf Company Investor Contact
