Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz says former state House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed Saturday in a politically motivated assassination, and a second lawmaker and his wife were shot and wounded. The public safety commissioner says the suspect, who has yet to be captured, was posing as a law enforcement officer.
