U.S. says 2 Venezuelan planes flew near U.S. navy ship in international waters

The U.S. Department of Defence said late on Thursday that two Venezuela military aircraft flew near a U.S. Navy vessel in international waters, with the Pentagon calling it 'a highly provacative move.'
