Tehran postpones regional talks; Iran media says cargo ship struck near Strait of Hormuz

State-run IRNA news agency quoted the Qeshm governor as blaming a "terrorist enemy" for an attack on a cargo ship near the Strait of Hormuz. The governor also said the person killed was among the vessel's 10-member crew and that authorities had not yet identified the projectile.
