FBI Seeks Information on Fugitive

FBI Miami is seeking the whereabouts of a Palm Beach County, Florida, woman who is wanted on federal charges for her alleged role in a $34 million COVID-19 relief funds fraud scheme.

Elaine Angene Escoe, 40, was last seen in Palm Beach County, Florida, on June 3, 2025. She did not appear at a scheduled court appearance on June 5, 2025.

Escoe is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, wire fraud, concealment of money laundering and transactional money laundering.
