FBI Offering Reward up to $20,000 for Information Leading to the Identification, Arrest, and Conviction of Individual(s) in Murder of Corey Adams
February 4, 2026 - The FBI Nashville Field Office – Memphis Resident Agency and the Shelby County Sheriff's Office are seeking information regarding the death of Corey Adams. Adams, a rising football star with the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) Football Team, was murdered in Cordova, Tennessee, on the evening of July 19, 2025. Adams was with fellow football players outside a residence where a pool party was taking place when a black Nissan sedan drove by and opened fire at the group. Adams was shot along with several other football players. Adams died from the gunshot wounds he sustained.
